Popular south Indian actress, Sadha (a.k.a Sada) was born on February 17, 1984, as Sadhaaf Syed Mohammed in a Marathi Muslim family from Ratnagiri, Maharashtra in India. She is the only daughter of her family. She did her schooling in Mumbai Sacred Hearts Convent and she continued her studies till her first movie was a commercial hit.
Her debut was telugu film, Jayam. Afterwards, she acted in Aethiree opposite Madhavan and Varnajalam opposite Srikanth. She received a best Newcomer Filmfare Award for it in 2002. Her most successful movie to date was the Tamil Anniyan (2005).
Although, her mother-tongue is Marathi, she has acted in various Tamil, Telugu and Kannada movies. Her Tamil Movie Anniyan is blockbuster in Tamil Nadu.She is 5 feet 4 and 1/2 inches tall.She loves music and her favorite music directors are A. R. Rahman and Harris Jeyaraj. Her favorite sport is cricket and her hobbies include reading and watching TV. She is also a great lover of animals that she hates anyone who hurt animals.
